Construction Field Superintendent

AEA RealC LLC has the need for a Construction Field Superintendent.

* Manage multiple commercial construction projects* Ensure safety* Guarantee quality workmanship throughout the project duration. * Monitor the performance of subcontractors and schedule * Manage inventory/materials* Comfortable communicating effectively with the client and conveying the appropriate information to the subcontractors and authorities* Candidate will work closely with the developer/project manager to resolve any and all delays on material or scheduling.

Requirements:

Extensive proven construction knowledge is a requirement

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be self-motivated and value time management

Must be extremely proactive

Positive and proactive personality

Will work at sites full time and expected to be there

Travel is a must in Florida

Responsibilities

Visit multiple job sites daily.

Work with subcontractors to maintain schedule and monitor projects start to finish

Daily reports to developer/project manager

Schedule site inspections with applicable municipality

Qualifications

5-10 years’ experience in construction management a must

Excellent speaking and writing skillsKnowledge of software and microsoft word a plus
